Robyn Crispi was named NCAA First Team All-West Region and All-Nor Cal Athletic Conference for the 1992 NCAA Division II Runner-up Cal State Hayward women’s softball team. Crispi hit for a .386 batting average with a school record 33 stolen bases and 45 runs scored. During the 1991 softball season, Crispi hit for a .357 average. In four years at Cal State Hayward, Crispi had a career batting average of .334. She held three school records including stolen bases in a game (4), season (33), and career (79). Crispi ranks third all-time in runs scored (108) and hits (187). Crispi also enjoyed an illustrious two-year playing career for the CSUH women’s basketball team. During the 1990-91 season, Crispi led the Pioneers in scoring with an 18.3 average establishing a new school record. She was the second leading scorer in the Nor Cal Athletic Conference with an 18.7 average. Crispi held the CSUH school records for most three pointers in a game (7), career (90), and most points in a game (37), twice.
