Junior Arthur Ethel racked up five points over the weekend as the Pioneer men posted their highest-scoring pair of the games this season. The forward from Temecula assisted on Chris Lara's game-tying goal in the first half of Friday's game against Cal State L.A. He then scored the team's second goal, a go-ahead score, before the Golden Eagles came back to win 4-2. On Sunday, Ethel found the back of the net again as the Pioneers mounted a comeback attempt against Cal State Dominguez Hills. It was his team-leading third goal of the season.
