Daniel Damian was the top Pioneer finisher at the UC Riverside Collegiate Open 8K race on Satirday, completing the course in 27:29.0. After a strong track season in the spring, Damian finished 41st out of 211 runners this weekend, a substantial field that featured some of the top collegiate teams in the Southern California.
