Chance, Ramos Lead Group of Four All-CCAA Selections

Cal State East Bay baseball was well represented in the CCAA postseason awards, as four Pioneers earned all-conference recognition following the 2026 season. Caleb Chance was named to the All-CCAA First Team, while Alijah Ramos earned Second Team honors. Dominick Najar and Logan Stelling were both selected as Honorable Mention.

Chance, a senior infielder, led the Pioneers at the plate, hitting a team-best .376 across 47 games. He totaled 62 hits while driving in 32 runs and scoring 27 times. Chance also posted a .451 on-base percentage and added 10 stolen bases, serving as a consistent offensive presence throughout the season.

Ramos, a sophomore infielder, was another key contributor offensively, batting .349 with 59 hits, including 10 doubles. He drove in 28 runs while scoring 33 times and posted a .444 on-base percentage. Ramos also made an impact on the basepaths with 10 stolen bases and was steady defensively with a .985 fielding percentage.

Najar, a junior outfielder, appeared in all 48 games and hit .281 on the season with 55 hits, including 12 doubles and three triples. He scored a team-high 45 runs while adding 19 RBI and 21 stolen bases, providing speed and consistency at the top of the lineup.

Stelling, a junior utility player, rounded out the group after batting .342 with 54 hits in 41 games. He recorded 10 doubles and five home runs while driving in 30 runs and scoring 39 times, finishing with a .513 slugging percentage.
