Cal State East Bay's Peyton Hendricks has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Men's Golfer of the Week.
Hendricks registered a 7-under 209 at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout to help lead No. 19 Cal State East Bay to a tournament victory. The senior from Livermore, Calif., shot a 70 (-2) in the first round, a 67 (-5) in the second, and closed with an even-par 72. He finished tied for fourth.
Hendricks led the tournament in par-5 scoring at 10-under par, and was tied for third on the par-4s (-2). He recorded two eagles and 13 birdies.
The Pioneers won the tournament by three strokes over Colorado Christian (-12, 852). Click here to see the results from the tournament.

The Pioneers will have nearly a month before their next tournament when they go to the RJCA Palm Valley Classic in Goodyear, Ariz., on Apr. 6-7.
