STANFORD, Calif. – The 2022 Cardinal Classic took place Saturday at Cobb Track and Angell Field on the campus of Stanford University. Members of the Cal State East Bay Men's Track team competed in the men's 1500 meters. 
 
Leading all Pioneer runners was Miles Worthen, who finished the 1500 meter run in four minutes, 9.70 seconds, which tops his previous personal mark with CSUEB of 4:10.82. 
 
Dylan Shubert also achieved a personal best in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:15.20. 
 
Cal State East Bay is scheduled to next compete in the Mike Fanelli Invitational, taking place at Cox Stadium in San Francisco from March 31 through April 2.
