CHICO, Calif. – The 2022 CCAA Women's Soccer All-Conference Team was announced on Wednesday. Named to the All-CCAA Second Team from Cal State East Bay was freshman forward
Morgan Pearson.
Out of San Ramon, Pearson had a team-high five goals, including one each in the first three matches of her career at Cal State East Bay. Her second goal of the season on August 27 was the game-winner in a 1-0 victory over Biola. She started all 17 matches for the Pioneers in 2022 and had 37 shots with 18 on frame.

Robin Hart spoke about Pearson's honor. "It's a great accomplishment for Morgan in her first year," said Hart. To receive Second Team All-CCAA in a down year for the program and as a freshman is a tremendous acknowledgement and well deserved."
The Pioneers finished the 2022 season last Thursday and will look for great achievements in 2023.
