SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., -- The Cal State East Bay baseball team opened California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play with a 5-0 victory over Cal State San Bernardino to kick start their four game road series at Fiscalini Field.

The Pioneers improved to 5-0 on the season for the first time since 2013 with their first shutout of 2020. The Pioneers have also won five consecutive games over the Coyotes.
