AZUZA, Calif., -- The Cal State East Bay women's track & field team was well represented all over the state of California this weekend. The Pioneers had competitors in the Azuza Pacific Brian Clay Invitational as well as the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance, Calif.
 
Sophomore Brittney Duquette (Claremont, Calif.) finished the 800m event in a time of 2:15.19, good for 75th place. Freshman Angelina Ronquillo (Bakersfield, Calif.) clocked a time of 4:39.47 in the 1500m event. Both participated at the Brian Clay Invitational hosted by Azuza Pacific.
 
TORRANCE, Calif., -- Senior Cecilia Carretero (Modesto, Calif.) was the lone CSUEB runner at the 60th annual Mt. Sac Relays as she placed 28th in the 10,000m event with a time of 38:05.18.
 
The Pioneers will now head to the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) conference championships in Turlock, Calif. at Warrior Stadium.
