Barnett was the top individual last week for the CSUEB men's golf team, which turned in a strong overall performance to take ninth place in a loaded 27-team field at the NCAA Regional Preview tournament in St. George, Utah. The senior shot rounds of 72 (E) and 71 (-1) in the 36-hole tournament to finish one stroke under par with a total of 143, earning him a share of 24th place out of 135 golfers.
