AS A JUNIOR (2012): Played in 41 games, making 38 starts as the Pioneers' primary catcher. Batted .254 with 13 runs and 14 RBI... Threw out 17 potential base stealers from behind the plate... Recipient of the first annual Sherrat Scholarship. 

AT DIABLO VALLEY COLLEGE: Was a designated hitter, catcher and firstbaseman at Diablo Valley College…Named second-team all-league utility…Led his team to the Big 8 Championship.
