White joined the coaching staff before the 2026 season. 

White has served as the Head Coach of the Menlo Park Legends of the Bay Area Collegiate Baseball League since November 2021. As Head Coach, he's developed a 40-man roster, arranged transportation for athletes to attend away games, tournaments, and other events, and provided training and development for his players. White has recruited individuals for coaching positions, support staff roles, and other athletic department positions.

During the summer of 2021, White was Head Coach for the NPB Flamingos. The Flamingos played in the Collegiate League of the Palm Beaches. He finished the season with a winning record.

Before Cal State East Bay, White was with SF State from 2023-2025, as well as Menlo College from July 2017 to August 2022, most recently serving as the Pitching Coach/Catching Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator for SF State. 
White began his collegiate career at College of San Mateo, where he earned First Team All-NorCal and Second Team All-Conference honors while leading his team to a second place Junior College World Series. He went on to play at Sonoma State and Oklahoma Wesleyan. At Wesleyan, he was named First Team All-Region and helped lead the team to a second-place finish at the NCCAA World Series.

White earned a degree in Kinesiology from Oklahoma Wesleyan in 2013. He earned an MA from Concordia University, Irvine, in Coaching and Athletic Administration in 2018, and his MS in Coaching and Exercise Science in 2020 from CUI as well.
