AS A SENIOR (2020): CCAA Spring All-Academic ... Appeared in five games, making five starts...Compiled a 2-1 record with a 4.18 ERA, a 1.46 WHIP through 28 innings pitched with 22 strikeouts, second most on the team, with a .298 opponent batting average...Tallied at least four strikeouts in all five outings on the mound...Racked up five chances, two putouts, three assists with a 1.000 fielding percentage...Tossed 8.0 innings with five strikeouts in a win over #19 Stan St. (Feb. 22, 2020). 

AS A JUNIOR (2019): Appeared in 14 games, making 12 starts...Compiled a 4.25 ERA, third best on the team with a 1.37 WHIP...Finished year with 7-3 record, most wins on the squad with six complete games, 82.2 innings tossed and 49 strikeouts, all tops on the team...Tallied on shutout...Recorded a career best seven strikeouts in a complete game victory over Cal State San Bernardino (Feb. 23, 2019)...Earned All-CCAA Honorable Mention honors. 

AT OHLONE CC: Attended Ohlone for two years... Appeared in 22 games...had 12 wins with a total of 70.2 innings pitched and 59 strikeouts...ERA of 3.18...Was a member of the 2017 and 2018 baseball Conference Champion teams.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Livermore HS in 2016...Competed on varsity baseball for three seasons...Was a member of the Championship winning team in 2016.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Communications...Parents are Dawn & Jim Martinez...Born Oct. 4, 1997...Has 4 siblings, Monica (25), Olyvia (35), Amanda (38), and Jaime (41)...Interests include going to the gym and hanging out with friends...Favorite athlete is Madison Bumgarner...Favorite foods are pizza with ranch and pasta...Favorite TV shows/ movies are anything with Kevin Hart...Favorite artists are Drake and Tyga...Chose East Bay for the great baseball program and it's close to home.
