STOCKTON, Calif. – The Cal State East Bay women's golf team closed out play at the 2026 CCAA Championship with a fourth-place finish at The Reserve at Spanos Park, delivering a competitive showing against a strong conference field.
East Bay posted a 54-hole total of 936 (+72), capping the tournament with its strongest round of the week—a 308 (+20)—after opening with rounds of 310 (+22) and 318 (+30).
Torrie Bowman led the way with a standout performance, finishing sixth overall at 229 (+13). Bowman carded rounds of 79, 76, and a team-low 74 in the final round, climbing the leaderboard with a strong finish.
Carlota Eroles rebounded in the final round with a 76 to finish at 237 (+21), while Nylani Stevenson added a 239 (+23), highlighted by her own final-round 76. Chantel Tsai contributed a 236 (+20), turning in steady rounds over the first two days, and Sakshi Mehta rounded out the scoring at 252 (+36).
Cal State San Marcos captured the team title at +23, with Cal State Monterey Bay and Cal State Los Angeles tying for second at +58.
The Pioneers' performance was highlighted by steady improvement throughout the tournament and a strong closing round as they wrap up play at the conference championship.
