KANSAS CITY, Mo. - As the undefeated record remains for the Cal State East Bay men's basketball team this season (24-0), the Pioneers remain at No. 2 in the latest NABC Division II Coaches Poll. The Pioneers received three first place votes after wins last week on the road at Cal Poly Humboldt (88-84 in overtime) on Thursday and Chico State (76-50) on Saturday. 

The win on Saturday resulted in the program's first ever CCAA regular season title and the No. 1 seed for in the CCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in March. 

This coming Thursday, the Pioneers play the first of two road games in a row when they travel to Seaside to take on Cal State Monterey Bay for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff from The Kelp Bed.
