For the second time this season, Jasmin Krishna has been named CCAA Women's Golfer of the Week. The award is based on her two second place ties this past week in back-to-back tournaments to conclude the regular season for Cal State East Bay. 

On Tuesday, Krishna finished tied for second on the leaderboard at the Sonoma State Women's Spring Invitational, with a 4-over-par 148 (73-75). Throughout the 36 holes played, she made even par on 26 of them and had three birdies. Her outstanding performance led the Pioneers to the team championship for the tournament. 

Last Friday and Saturday, CSUEB played in the RJGA Palm Valley Classic in Goodyear, Arizona. Krishna also finished last week's tournament tied for second place on the leaderboard. She had five birdies and finished at 1-under-par 143 (71-72). 

This week's honor was the second of its kind for Krishna this season. On February 23, she was named Women's Golfer of the Week, as she was the top finisher on the leaderboard in the Women's Bay Area Invitational. 

Next week Krishna and the Pioneers will participate in the CCAA Championships, which will take place at Yocha Dehe Golf Club in Brooks from April 11-13.
