HAYWARD, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay volleyball team fell short in a home match against No. 4-ranked Cal State San Bernardino on Senior Night Saturday evening at Pioneer Gym, 3-0 (25-13, 25-22, 25-18).

East Bay had a strong second set and trailed by just one, 23-22, after a kill by redshirt freshman
Karis Carter. However, San Bernardino was able to record the final two points and edge the Pioneers 25-22.
CSUEB (8-16, 3-13 CCAA) closes out the regular season next weekend with road contests at Cal State Monterey Bay on Friday, Nov. 12, and at SF State on Saturday, Nov. 13.
