SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay women's basketball team won its third-consecutive game Tuesday night, earning a road victory over Dominican, 77-66.
Senior guard
Madison Schiller scored a team-high 21 points on 9-of-16 shooting from the field with three rebounds and two steals, while freshman
Taylor Linzie had a big game with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Sophomore guard
Zhane Duckett also continued her strong start to the season, finishing with 15 points and eight rebounds, while fellow sophomore
Mina Tameliau had 14 points and eight rebounds.
CSUEB (4-1) took a commanding 20-11 lead at the end of the first quarter en route to its third-straight double-digit win.
The Pioneers are now set for their home opener as they play host to Cal State Dominguez Hills to begin conference play on Saturday, Nov. 27 at 1 p.m.
