HAYWARD, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay men's basketball team gets back to business this week with road contests in Southern California against Cal State Dominguez Hills on Thursday, Feb. 6, followed by a matchup against Cal State LA on Saturday, Feb. 8.
Thursday's game at CSU Dominguez Hills begins at 7:30 p.m., while Saturday's showdown at Cal State LA is scheduled for 3 p.m. Both contests will have live stats and will be streamed live.
Cal State East Bay (12-9, 8-7 CCAA) is coming off a pivotal home victory over nationally ranked Chico State, 65-63, on Jan. 30, and has won three of its last four games overall.Â

Evan Wardlow (12 points, five rebounds),
Trent Warren (10 points, six rebounds) and junior
Zafir Williams (11 points, seven rebounds) each scored in double figures, while junior guard
Nai Carlisle added nine points with five assists and senior forward
Ant Navarrete finished with eight points.
The Pioneers ended Chico State's nine-game winning streak in the process, and currently stand sixth in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) standings heading into the weekend.
Meanwhile, Cal State LA (eighth) and Cal State Dominguez Hills (ninth) are fighting for the final spots in the upcoming CCAA Tournament, as the top eight teams qualify for postseason play.
