HAYWARD, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay softball team is set for a big weekend in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play, as the Pioneers hit the road for four games against No. 5-ranked Chico State on Feb. 28-29.
Friday's doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m., while Saturday's action is set for 11 a.m. All contests will be
streamed and will have
live stats.
CSUEBÂ (7-12, 5-7Â CCAA)Â has gone 6-4 over its last 10 games overall, and is coming off a four-game split against rival Cal State Monterey Bay last weekend. Chico State (12-1, 7-1) won three of four road games last week at Humboldt State.

Maddie Ramirez and
Jeana Gonzales lifted the Pioneers for a comeback victory on Feb. 22 with consecutive doubles in the bottom of the seventh inning.
