GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- The Cal State East Bay women's golf team wrapped up its regular season this week with a 13th-place finish at Western New Mexico's annual Mustang Intercollegiate. The Pioneers turned in team scores of 305 (+17) and 312 (+24) at the par-72 Palm Valley Golf Club for a 36-hole total of 617 (+41).Â
Carolin Change led the way with yet another top-20 individual finish. The junior was outstanding on Monday, making just one bogey in a two-under-par round of 70 (-2), her lowest score of the season. She carded 76 (+4) in Tuesday's final round to finish tied for 17th with a total of 146 (+2).
Julia Youn also had a strong performance this week to finish with a share of 38th place in the field of 104 golfers. The senior posted scores of 74 (+2) and 77 (+5) to finish at 151 (+7) for the tournament.
Fellow senior
Taylor Wyss was the only Pioneer who improved her score in the second round, shooting 81 (+9) on Monday and 78 (+6) on Tuesday. She earned a share of 64th place with her total of 159 (+15).

Jamie Enseki, who tied for 78th place at 161 (+17) after notching scores of 80 (+8) and 81 (+9). Â
The fourth Pioneer senior,
Sienna Starck, wrapped up CSUEB's week in Arizona with rounds of 81 (+9) and 83 (+11) to finish tied for 87th at 164 (+20).
Next week, Cal State East Bay will compete the first CCAA Women's Golf Championships, hosted by Sonoma State at Sonoma Golf Club on Apr. 16-17.
