Gus Argenal is excited and proud for the new crop of talent that will be headed to the Hayward next Fall.
"I couldn't be happier for these three young men and their accomplishments," Agenal said. "A big part of what we want in a student-athlete is an understanding of competing and leadership. I am really looking forward to adding this fall class to the fold and having a chance to help them achieve a new set of goals at the college level. They all will help us continue to raise the bar."
In the meantime, the Pioneers are working hard this off season to improve on their most successful season as members of the CCAA. Highlighted by a six-game winning streak in November and December, the Pioneers posted a 13-15 overall record, which is a program record for victories in the CCAA era.
