Senior Sara Holdrige had a solid weekend at the plate for the Pioneer softball team, getting the big hit in East Bay's  2-1 win over UC San Diego on Saturday. She batted .429 in the four-game series with three walks and a double. Holdridge also blasted a solo home run that was the difference in the team's lone victory this weekend. She's batting .328 this year and leads the Pioneers in home runs (2) and RBI (11).
