Druce Asah was the top scorer for East Bay men's hoops this week as they split their first road trip of the season. He had 17 points and 6 rebounds in a victory over Cal State Dominguez Hills in the CCAA opener, going 4-for-6 from three-point range. The following night, he led the Pioneers with 14 points and five boards in a loss at Cal State LA. The sophomore averaged 15.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game last week while shooting 53 percent from the floor.
