Lauren Ervin

Lauren Ervin joined the Cal State East Bay women's basketball program as an assistant coach prior to the 2022-23 season. She brings a wealth of leadership skills and playing experience to her coaching role. 

Her playing experience includes competing at the NCAA Division I level and at the professional basketball level internationally. 

As a professional player, Ervin began her journey in 2009 in Sweden, and most recently was with Bydgoszcz in Poland, as the team reached the Polish League semifinals in 2021.

Prior to her professional basketball career, Ervin played at the University of Arkansas, where she would be named All-SEC Second Team. 

Before transferring to Arkansas, Ervin played on a California State Championship team at the junior college level at Mt. San Antonio College and would be named MVP of the state tournament.
