Ray Villegas is in his ninth season as an assistant on Will Biggs' staff at Cal State East Bay. A native of Whittier, Calif., Villegas attended Dominican University in San Rafael. He cites his parents, Ramon and Gloria, and his brother, Randy, as his greatest inspiration and source of support.
