Williams begins his second season assisting with Pioneer men's basketball program in 2014-15 as he completes his degree in kinesiology. A 2002 graduate of Ygnacio Valley High School, Williams spent one year as the varsity assistant coach and one year as the head freshman coach at his alma mater, and then he went onto serve as a varisty assistant at Dougherty Valley High School. He worked at the Santa Clara University basketball camp in 2009. He also spent seven years at the Championship Basketball Camp in Pleasanton and served as the assistant camp director in 2006.Â
