AT ACADEMY OF ART (2011-14): Competed for the Urban Knights for two seasons after utilizing a redshirt in 2011-12... Named Pac West Conference Freshman of the Year... Averaged 14.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists, shooting 46.9 percent from the field as a freshman... Ranked sixth in the PacWest in scoring (17.5 ppg) and seventh in rebounding (7.1 rpg) as a sophomore... Set a school record with 116 made free throws in 2013-14, shooting 83.5 percent at the line... Scored 31 points in a win over Cal State East Bay on 11/8/13... Scored in double figures 40 times in 50 career games at Academy of Art.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A 2011 graduate of Long Beach Poly High School... Competed on the basketball team for three years... Led the team to the 2011 CIF Championship... Named Defensive Player of the Year as a senior... Earned All-League honors as a junior and senior... Also competed for West Coast Academy, Pump N Run, California Supreme, OC Pride, and Team L.A. club teams.

PERSONAL: Majoring in communications... Interests include classic movies, coaching, and movies... Chose CSUEB in order to stay in Northern California, and becasue it's a nice area and the basketball team displays toughness... Favorite foods are pizza, tacos, french fries, chicken wings, and burgers... Favorite movies are Pulp Fiction, Above the Rim, Toy Story, The Lion King, Aladdin, Space Jam, and The Wolf of Wall Street... Favorite TV shows are How I Met Your Mother, House of Cards, Boondocks, South Park, and Breaking Bad... Favorite musical artists are Fabolous, T.I., Kanye West, Jay-Z, Eminem, 50 Cent, and the Notorious B.I.G... Has one sister, Airica (18)... Parents are Troy and Regina Carmon... Born January 18, 1993.
