AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2021): Appeared in 12 matches making five starts ... Recorded 28 total points ... Tallied 21 kills with a .091 kill percentage ... Had two assists ... Recorded five kills against Cal Poly Pomona (11/4) ... CCAA All-Academic Team ... D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2020): Competition canceled due to COVID.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Graduated from Amos Alonzo Stagg High School in 2020...Played four seasons of varsity volleyball...Earned All-League First-Team Honors in 2018 & 2019...Earned All-League Second-Team in 2017...Carried a 4.0 and above GPA recognition during the volleyball season from sophomore through senior year...Member of the French Club, Black Student Union and AVID Club...Did half a year of dual enrollment at San Joaquin Delta College...Member of Spark Volleyball Club and Rage Volleyball Club...Earned Student Athlete of the Week Honors in May 2019. 

PERSONAL: Majoring in Communications...Hobbies include spending time with family, watching movies/TV shows, distressing jeans, listening to music, rollerskating and taking trips...Favorite athlete is brother Kaleb Carter, who plays basketball at Chico State and formerly at Columbia College...Loves eating blueberry pancakes, lasagna and shrimp Alfredo..Enjoys watching Disney Pixar movies, Marvel movies, Bob's Burgers, Spongebob and lots of different anime...Favorite musical artists are SZA, Rihanna, Khalid, nearly every 60s, 70s, & 90s artist and classical artists...Has two siblings: Kaleb and Kendra ...Chose Cal State East Bay because it's "Pretty close to home but far enough to be on my own!"
