With one more win, the Pioneers clinch a spot in the CCAA Men's Basketball Tournament which takes place in March.

The home opener for the Pioneers takes place Friday in Hayward with a series opener against Menlo. The series will go to Atherton on Friday and return to Hayward on Sunday. East Bay dropped its first two games in Florida last week, but responded on Sunday with a pair of games in which they doubled their opponents' run total 28-14 to finish the opening weekend, 2-2.
