TURLOCK, Calif. – CCAA action for the Cal State East Bay softball team began Friday, as the four game series took place over a two-day stretch. Stanislaus State 7, Cal State East Bay 2 - Friday
The Pioneers scored first with a run in the top of the second inning, as
Anamaria Beard hit an RBI double to drive in
Gabriela Rivera for a 1-0 lead.
However, the Warriors scored the next seven runs in the game for a 7-1 lead. CSUEB got one run back in the top of the seventh when
Cynthia Carrillo was able to score after an error, but no more runs were scored thereafter and Stanislaus State won game one, 7-2.

Cal State East Bay 6, Stanislaus State 0 - Saturday
