DAVIS, Calif. – Cal State East Bay women's swimming competed in a dual meet against NCAA Division I programs UC Davis and Nevada in a double dual meet. The Pioneers lost the team scoring to both teams, but had some highlights throughout Saturday's meet.
- The Pioneers finished in the top ten in every event they participated in and in the top five in seven of those events.
- Individually, Brooklyn Dressel was the lone Pioneer to win an individual event, placing first in the 100 yard freestyle in 52.26 seconds.
- As a team, the Pioneers finished third in the 400 yard freestyle relay and fifth in the 200 yard medley relay.
This coming Friday and Saturday, the Pioneers will compete in a pair of dual meets at Alaska-Fairbanks.
