SAN FRANCISCO - On Thursday, Cal State East Bay women's soccer traveled across the Bay to take on San Francisco State at Cox Stadium. The Gators scored a pair of goals in the second half to defeat the Pioneers 2-0 in CCAA action.
- In the 68th minute, the Gators got on the board with Cheyenne Dohan goal after a pass from Samantha Shim.
- Nearly four minutes of clock time later, Renee Davis would score the final tally for the Gators for a 2-0 lead.
- For the Pioneers, Morgan Pearson had a team-high three shots, all of which were on net.
- Maya Farkas had two shots on goal, while Sarah Cox and Mika Sayfurahman had two shots each with one each on net.
- The Pioneers outshot the Gators 12-7 and had a 2-1 advantage in corner kicks.
