TURLOCK, Calif. – Cal State East Bay women's soccer traveled to Turlock for the second match of CCAA action in a contest a Stanislaus State. The Warriors defeated the Pioneers 3-2.
- The Warriors got on the scoreboard in the 23rd minute on a Kayla Perez goal that shortly followed a missed penalty kick.
- Perez netted her second goal of the match in the 48th minute to give Stanislaus State a 2-0 lead.
- In n the 59th minute, the Pioneers were awarded a penalty kick. Mika Sayfurahman converted the opportunity into a goal, trimming the Warriors' lead to 2-1. For Sayfurahman, it was her second goal of the season.
- The Warriors scored what eventually became match-winning goal in the 77th minute on an Alexis Brewah shot.
- With just under two minutes left, the Pioneers get their final tally on an unassisted goal from Sara Redfield.
- With her second goal of the season, Sayfurahman leads the Pioneers in goals with two and points with five on the season.
- In her second season with the Pioneers, Redfield's goal was the second of her career.
- Maya Farkas had three shots to lead the Pioneers
- The Warriors outshot the Pioneers 15-11 and had a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks.
