CLEVELAND - This week, the Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) announced its recipients for the 2021-22 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards.
From Cal State East Bay, 

To receive an Academic Achievement Award, the athletics director of the Division II institution must be a current dues-paying member of D2 ADA. Addiaionally, the student-athlete must meet the following criteria: 

• have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• have attended a minimum of two years (four semesters) of college level work 
• have been an active member of an intercollegiate team during his/her last academic year*

*Given the continued challenges institutions have had this year when it comes to participation, all student-athletes who meet criteria in items 1 and 2 are still eligible as long as they were still an active member of the roster during the 2021-22 academic year)
