ARCATA, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay women's basketball team had a strong third quarter and pulled away in the second half in a CCAA Tournament Semifinal victory over Cal State LA, 74-63, Friday afternoon at Lumberjack Arena.
CSUEB (21-2) advances to Saturday's CCAA Tournament Final against No. 1-seed Cal State San Marcos beginning at 5 p.m. The contest will be streamed live on

Delia Moore was presented the women's basketball CCAA Elite 13 award before the game, and commenced to score a game-high 22 points with five rebounds, four assists and two steals in the win.
Mina Tameliau scored 19 points with five rebounds, while
Zhane Duckett finished with 16 points, nine rebounds and two assists.
The Pioneers trailed by 12 at halftime, 38-26, but opened the second half with a 10-3 run to pull within five on
Taylor Linzie's bucket inside.
Madison Schiller tied the game with a driving layup as East Bay took a 49-47 lead into the fourth quarter and never trailed again.
