HAYWARD, Calif. – The Cal State East Bay women's soccer team was shut out by Cal Poly Pomona, 2-0 on Friday evening at Pioneer Stadium in CCAA action.
- After a scoreless 52 minutes plus, Allyssa Larkin netted her third goal of the season to give the Broncos a 1-0 lead. Tara Oper assisted on the goal.
- A free kick was awarded to Cal Poly Pomona in the 62nd minute, and the Broncos capitalized. Liberty Ortiz found the net straight from the free kick as CPP led 2-0.
Cal State East Bay: 2-10-3, 0-8-1 CCAA
Cal Poly Pomona: 6-7-2, 5-3-1 CCAA

This coming Sunday, the Pioneers host their final home match of the 2022 season when they take on Cal State LA. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. from Pioneer Stadium. Prior to the match, there will be a Senior Day Ceremony honoring the Pioneers set to play in their final home match.
