East Bay Drops Road Contest at Sonoma State

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay men's soccer team played tough on Sunday afternoon, but fell short in a road contest against Sonoma State, 3-0.

Juniors Josh Gaeckle, Aaron Farnan and Jack Hikido each recorded a shot on target, while freshman goalkeeper Jack Landreth recorded eight saves in the net.

CSUEB (2-13-1, 1-9 CCAA) wraps up its regular season at home this Thursday, Nov. 4, on Senior Day at Pioneer against Stanislaus State beginning at 11:30 a.m.
