ATHERTON, Calif. — Sophomore Mina Tameliau scored a game-high 25 points while senior guard Madison Schiller scored 24 points to lift the Cal State East Bay women's basketball team to an exhibition road victory over Menlo College, 79-76, on Saturday evening.

Tameliau shot 8-for-18 from the field and added seven rebounds, while Schiller was 8-of-13 from the field. Sophomore guard Zhane Duckett added 10 points and freshman Taylor Linzie finished with six points and 15 rebounds.

East Bay continues preparing for the 2021-22 season with an exhibition contest against UC Davis on Monday, Nov. 1, beginning at 6 p.m.
