HAYWARD, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay volleyball team wraps up its current stretch of five-straight road matches this weekend, as the Pioneers travel to face Chico State on Friday, Oct. 29 beginning at 7 p.m., before facing Stanislaus State on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 5 p.m.
CSUEB (8-12, 3-9 CCAA) have won five of its last eight matches against Chico State (7-13, 3-9), and is 10-11 all-time against Stanislaus State (10-10, 6-6).
The Pioneers are coming off a defeat in a five-set thriller against Dominguez Hills and a loss at No. RV Cal State LA.

Megan Crecelius recorded a career-high 49 assists against Dominguez Hills, while junior
Kara Green led East Bay with 14 kills and junior
Taumafa Tuinauvai tallied a season-high 11 kills.
The 49 assists for the Clovis native ranks as fourth-most in the conference for a single this season, as Crecelius currently ranks fifth in the CCAA in assists with 425 (7.87 per match).
Against Cal State LA, Crecelius had 22 assists, junior
Breyan Ashley recorded 14 digs and redshirt freshman
Mia Jordan finished with six kills and five blocks.
