HAYWARD, Calif., -- The Cal State East Bay women's basketball team will return to Hayward for a California Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAA) contest against the visiting Chico State Wildcats on Thursday evening, January 30 inside Pioneer Gymnasium.
 
After dropping three consecutive games ends for the first time this season, over the last two weeks, the Pioneers are now 13-7 overall on the season with a 9-5 record in league action.

• The Pioneers are currently 13-7 on the season with an 9-5 mark in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play.
• CSUEB is 6-2 in games played inside from Pioneer Gymnasium so far this season.

• Madison Schiller is leading the squad with 9.3 ppg on 45.8% shooting from the field including 9.5 ppg on 43.5% shooting in conference play.
• Schiller has collected a team-high 35 steals on the season, 5th best in the CCAA.
• Morgan Greene is leading the Pioneers with 8.5 rpg., 5th best in the CCAA. She is also 4th in the league with 170 total rebounds.
• Greene has recorded five consecutive games with seven or more rebounds including three double figure rebounding games, giving her eight total double digit games of the sort this season.
• Madison Schiller, Delia Moore and Zhane Duckett are all currently in the top 20 in the conference in assists. Schiller is 13th at 2.7, Moore is 16th at 2.6 and Duckett is 18th at 2.5.
• Faith Turner is third on the Pioneers with 9.1 ppg and 5.2 rebounds on 56.8% shooting in conference. Turner is second on the team with 14 steals.

 
SCOUTING CHICO STATE
The Chico State Wildcats enter their matchup against East Bay with an 11-7 overall record and a 7-5 mark in CCAA action after falling to Cal State Dominguez Hills and defeating Cal State L.A. at home last week. Maddy Wong leads the Wildcats with 12.4 points, 2.6 assists and 1.3 steals. Shay Stark is adding 9.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
