Pioneer Women Welcome Wildcats for Midweek Showdown

HAYWARD, Calif., -- The Cal State East Bay women's basketball team will return to Hayward for a California Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAA) contest against the visiting Chico State Wildcats on Thursday evening, January 30 inside Pioneer Gymnasium.
 
After dropping three consecutive games ends for the first time this season, over the last two weeks, the Pioneers are now 13-7 overall on the season with a 9-5 record in league action.

SCOUTING CHICO STATE
The Chico State Wildcats enter their matchup against East Bay with an 11-7 overall record and a 7-5 mark in CCAA action after falling to Cal State Dominguez Hills and defeating Cal State L.A. at home last week. Maddy Wong leads the Wildcats with 12.4 points, 2.6 assists and 1.3 steals. Shay Stark is adding 9.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
