HAYWARD, Calif., -- The No. 25 ranked Cal State East Bay women's swim team has a busy weekend as they compete in their final two meets of the season.

The Pioneers will travel 40 minutes on I-880 to take on Division I opponent San Jose State on Friday at 1:00 p.m. The meet will take place at SJSU Aquatics Center. East Bay will return to the water the following morning to celebrate Senior Day prior to a showdown against PCSC rival Fresno Pacific at 10:00 a.m.

Saturday afternoon will be the final home meet for the team's five seniors, all of whom have been here all four years of their careers.

Lauren Ostrander and
Victoria Zukeran have contributed to four consecutive top-3 finishes for the Pioneers at conference championships, and all five will have significant roles to play as the team to reach even higher in 2019-20.

CSUEB is coming off a strong effort in a first place finish at last Saturday Biola Invitational. The squad seemed excited to be back racing in Pioneer Pool for the first time in nearly three months, winning seven of the 11 events against the eight team field. Senior
Allie Klinger was named CSUEB Female Athlete of the Week as well as PCSC Female Swimmer of the Week after capturing victories in the 50 Free and 100 Free, as well as anchoring the first-place 400 Medley Relay.

- Junior Serene Augustain currently has the 8th best time in the PCSC in the 100 Free (52.88) and 2nd best in the conference in the 200 Free (1:52.93).
- Augustain also holds the 22nd fastest time in the PCSC in the 200 IM at 2:13.26.
- Senior Victoria Zukeran's time of 56.34 ranks 3rd in the PCSC in the 100 Fly and her time of 2:05.13 in 200 Fly is 30th in the country and 1st in the league. Also her 200 IM time of 2:07.82 is 7th best in the conference.
- Freshman Tori Padilla is 12th in the PCSC in the 50 Breast with a time of 31.78 and is also currently sitting 12th in the conference in the 100 Breast event at a time of 1:08.22.
- All-American Allie Klinger's was named PCSC Female Swimmer of the Week and CSUEB Female Athlete of the Week as her time of 23.61 in the 50 free is the top fastest in the league and 34th best in the nation.
- Allie Klinger also has the top time in the 100 Free at 51.52, which ranks 31st in the country.
- Alondra Ortiz's time of 2:05.81 ranks 4th in the conference in the 200 Back.
- Junior Peyton Wayment is ranked 2nd in the PCSC with a time of 10:33.80 in the 1000 Free.
- Leah Robinson is just one spot behind Wayment with the 3rd best time in the league in the 1000 Free with a time of 10:36.02.
- Landry Walker with a time of 10:48.19 is currently ranked 11th in the PCSC in the 1000 Free.
- Sophomore Isabel Rishwain's time of 1:53.37 is 4th fastest in the league in the 200 Free event and her time of 52.79 is 6th best in the league.
- Freshman Morgan Frank's time of 1:52.78 in the 200 Free is the best in the conference.
- Sophomore Rebecca Bay is currently 10th in the PCSC in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:27.31.
