INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Cal State East Bay junior Allie Klinger finished in 25th place in the 100 Butterfly Thursday morning during the prelim session of NCAA Division II Championships at IUPUI Natatorium. 

Klinger was seeded 29th going into the event and moved up four spots with her time of 55.87. She adds that to her 13th place honorable mention All-American finish Wednesday in the 50 Free.

Klinger will now have a day off before competing in her best event, the 100 Free, on Saturday. Teammate Peyton Wayment will be in the pool Friday to race in the 500 Free. The sophomore enters as the No. 40 seed.
