Freshman forward Megan Ravenscroft had a huge weekend for Cal State East Bay as the Pioneers picked up two points with a pair of ties on the road. She scored on a pass from Shannon Fontes to put East Bay ahead 1-0 on Friday against Cal State L.A. The Fremont native also had the team's lone score on Sunday against Dominguez Hills, and it was a dramatic one. Trailing 1-0 in the 85th minute, she booted home the rebound off Sara Yamasaki's free kick to salvage a draw for the Pioneers. In her first season, Ravenscroft now leads the team with three goals and seven points.
