Forward Andrea Hernandez scored her first career goal on Sunday, an overtime game-winner to beat UC San Diego 2-1. They were the first points of the season for the freshman, who has played in every game so far and managed six shots in two games over the weekend. Hernandez. After Danielle Cummings tied Sunday's game with a late goal, Hernandez received a pass near the right corner of the 18-yard box from fellow freshman Megan Ravenscroft just two minues into overtime. After a couple of touches she fired her shot into the far upper corner of the Tritons net for the score. The Pioneers (3-5 in CCAA play) will take on two other three-win teams on the road this weekend in Cal State Dominguez Hills and Cal State L.A. (both 3-4-1).
