Carlisle had a team-high 18 points to go along with three rebounds and three assists as the Pioneer men pulled off a comeback victory over Stanislaus State on the road in overtime Saturday evening. He went 4-for-6 from three-point range, the last of which was the dagger to put CSUEB ahead by five points with a minute left in the extra period. CSUEB notched a 69-62 victory, moving into a tie for first place in the CCAA. This week, the team was ranked in the National Association of Basketball Coaches Division II Top-25 poll for the first time since the program returned to DII.
