Lauren McDougal scored the game-winning goal for the East Bay women's in their lone contest of the week, a 2-0 non-conference victory Friday on the road at UC Santa Cruz. The freshman scored from 20 yards, just outside the goalie box, into the left corner of the goal on an assist from Bri Vallente. McDougal's game proved to be the game-winner in the shutout victory, as she broke a scoreless tie between CSUEB and UCSC in the 50th minute.
