Toy joined the Cal State East Bay softball staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2025.
She finished her stellar playing career at EB in 2025 after two standout seasons. Toy earned D2 CCA All-West Region First Team, NFCA All-West Region, All-CCAA First Team and Cal State East Bay Female Student-Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2025. She also helped lead the Pioneers to the CCAA title and the No. 1 seed in the West Region. In 2024, as a junior Toy earned All-CCAA Honorable Mention and CCAA All-Tournament Team.
