AS A JUNIOR (2010): Completed her first season as a Pioneer with 40 goals to rank fifth on the squad…Added 40 assists to finish third on the team…Snagged 47 steals as well.

AT SIERRA COLLEGE: Played water polo and swam for two years at Sierra College…Helped the Wolverines to the 2008 Big 8 Conference title and a third-place showing at the Nor Cal Tournament…Part of the 2008 squad that finished fifth in the state…A two-time All-American at Sierra…Collected back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year honors…Named first-team All-Big 8 and All-Nor Cal both seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A two-sport athlete all four years at Freedom High School…Served as captain for three seasons on the water polo team…Collected league MVP honors as a senior…Named first-team all-league as both a junior and senior…Two-time team MVP…Also played four seasons of basketball, serving as captain every year…Twice named first-team all-league as a guard for the Falcons…Collected Female Athlete of the Year and Marine Corps Most Distinguished Female Athlete honors during her senior season.

PERSONAL: Majoring in liberal studies…Can be found spending time with friends and family when not in the pool…Lists “Role Models” and “Wedding Crashers” as her favorite movies…Enjoys eating pizza, Chinese food, steak and garlic mashed potatoes…Chose Cal State East Bay to further her water polo career and to be close to home…Has two older sisters, Lindsay (27) and Allison (24)…Born Sept. 22, 1989…Parents are Donald and Debra Bell.
