PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Attended American River College for two years before coming to CSUEB…Competed in track and field….Earned a trip to the state championships for the 4x400m relay…Came in 4th place overall at NorCal Finals…Finished second at NorCal Trials with time of 3:56.93.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Laguna Creek High School in 2012…Was on the Varsity Track and Field team for three years…Was a member of the Green Energy Technology Academy…Ciara and two other friends were in the newspaper for building solar suitcases to be shipped and used in Africa.
PERSONAL: The daughter of Marilyn and Troy Richardson…Likes listening to music, spending time with family, take road/adventure trips, and trying new foods….Hasn’t met a food she doesn’t like…Favorite TV shows are: How to Get Away with Murder, Scandal, and Hit the Floor…Favorite movies are: Lion King and Baby Boy…Likes the music of Miguel, Melanie Fiona, and Jazmine Sullivan…Choose Cal State East Bay because it was not to close to home, but not too far way, plus knew coaches wanted her at CSUEB.
